Introduction

Webster defines paraphrase: "A restatement of the text, passage, or work giving the meaning another form; used as a process for understanding in a educational method." To STUDY scripture within God's Holy Word [alias: The Bible] one should NOT use a paraphrase. An individual should use a translation; ie..The New King James Version, The New International Version, The Amplified Version, etc. This paraphrase is used to broaden an understanding of one's opinion of one of the said translations of scripture. THIS IS A NONDENOMINATIONAL PARAPHRASE.
These understandings and opinions of this work come from a personal experience with Jesus Christ, God's Son and Our Savior; and a counseling practice for nearly thirty years. The author has paraphrased the Psalms for family, friends, and clients for comfort, direction, counsel, and guidance. Jeremiah 4:3 &4 "Break up your fallow ground, and sow not among thorns, circumcise yourselves to the Lord and take away the foreskins of your heart. Ye men of Judah and inhabitants of Jerusalem: lest my fury come forth like fire and burn that none can quench it, because of your evil doings."
This blog is intended for the mature Christians, who are struggling with personal trials, spiritual direction, or counsel in their walk with God. It may also be used for those who wish to give give comfort, direction, or counsel to someone that may be having difficulty within their spiritual walk.
Proverbs 27:17 "Iron sharpeneth iron; so a man sharpeneth the countance of his friend." So friends, it is my desire to share my experiences in God's Word and my understanding of a personal relationship with Him: as a Father, a counselor, a friend, the Prince of Peace, and Almighty God.
Young or immature Christians may find this work harsh, direct, and hard to digest; for their pallets it is....
Please read the desired Psalm in a translation before reading the paraphrase. May the Holy Spirit enlighten your understanding and give the counsel of truth to your soul and or intellect of which that you seek.
In His Time..................

The picture on the profile is one that I drew after a friend of mine had a dream and the Lord told her to call and tell me this dream. Bottom line: The red ant was plowing a dry field and was not to be tired of the work the Lord had given the ant to do.
"Go to the ant thou sluggard; consider her ways, and be wise: which having no guide, overseer, or ruler; provideth her meat in the summer, and gathereth her food in the harvest." Proverbs 6:6-8
"The ants are a people not strong, yet they prepare their meat in the summer;" Proverbs 30:25
